Chief Executive Officer
Marj Wanjiku is the proud owner of Cysha Tours and Paradise, a premier tour and travel company based in Nanyuki, Kenya with satellite offices in the Lake Nona, Orlando Florida and Boston Massachusets specializing in creating unforgettable travel experiences for clients. She is mother to Dr. Cybil W. Mukiria (USA), and First Officer:- Shaun N. Mukiria (USA).
With a passion for travel and a dedication to providing exceptional service, Marj has built a reputation as a trusted and reliable travel expert. With a personalized approach and a commitment to excellence, Marj and her team at Cysha Tours and Paradise are committed to helping clients explore the world and create lasting memories through travel.
She has wealth of experience as a corporate airline personnel based out of Dubai, United Arab Emirates and United States of America with a sprinkle of 3 Corporate Worlds including Kenya. She is a determined gospel recording Minister and the visionary Founder and Chairperson of the Cysha Foundation.

Executive Director
Distinguished Professor Bernard professional career started as a CPA with Price Waterhouse Coopers, USA.
He served as a CFO and Controller for various private business entities and also involved as an owner of several small businesses, a financial services firm that included a General Agency for Travelers Insurance and an NASD Registered Brokerage firm.
He is a full-time Professor at a State College in Florida for the past twenty years, teaching a wide variety of classroom and online courses. He has also been an Adjunct Instructor at The University of Central Florida.
Prof Bernard has Served as the Department Chair and as a Program Manager at a State College in Florida.
Professor has vast, wealth of experience in Hospitality Management not forgetting his very valuable background as a businessman, travel enthusiast and educator.
John Mathenge
General Manager
John Mathenge is a dynamic professional who brings innovative solutions and a commitment to operational excellence, with extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management.
John is dedicated to staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements, ensuring our logistics operations remain compliant and competitive. Benson Macharia
Logistics Manager
Ben serves as the Logistics Manager at Cysha Enterprises and is a gospel minister known for his enthusiasm in communication and online engagement.
With a solid background in planning and performance management, Ben has developed his skills to enhance workflows, increase productivity, and foster an environment of excellence and teamwork.
His strong communication abilities are crucial to the achievements of Cysha Enterprises, which includes Cysha Tours and Paradise.
Nancy Chilande
Head of House Keeping
Nancy Chilande is an experienced, dependable, and meticulous housekeeper with a solid track record. She has robust customer service skills, outstanding communication capabilities, and a remarkable knack for inventory management.
Nancy’s exceptional proficiency in sanitization and thorough cleaning, along with her readiness to cooperate and provide support across different hospitality sectors, renders her an essential contributor to the prosperity of Cysha Enterprises, encompassing Cysha Tours & Paradise.
Eunice Mbithe
Tourism $ Administration Coordinator
Eunice brings with her a wealth of experience in administration, customer service, and tourism operations. She has previously served in key administrative roles at Arkad Tours & Safari and Restoration Schools, as well as in the public sector as a Revenue Collector with the County Government of Laikipia.
A graduate of Nairobi Aviation College, Eunice holds a Diploma in Computerized Travel and Tourism Management and a Certificate in Computer Applications from Northwood College of Business and Computing. Her solid background in organization, attention to detail, and passion for excellence in travel coordination make her a valuable addition to our team.
