Booking cancellation can be done within 72 hours for a full refund. 50% refund if cancellation is within 72 hours of intended stay date.

There will be no refund if cancellation is made 2 weeks to the intended stay date during peak season.

Damages are the sole responsibility of the Primary Guest and will be charged accordingly on the checkout day.

A ‘Cysha non-liability’ indemnity form has to be filled and signed by the Primary Guest on behalf of all the other guests acknowledging they are aware the Villa is located within the wilderness!
